Phoxo is a drawing and photo editing software for Windows that has been around for 10 years. It is quite basic, not very resource intensive, and easy to use. It is a freeware that you can download here and that offers tools to cut, select, retouch (clone, erase, soften … etc.), Or reduce images.
It is possible to draw including with custom brushes (brush), manipulate text, add clipart and frames or add textures, models and more to your works.
Phoxo also offers more than 50 effects (oil painting, mosaic … etc.), Tools to remove red eyes, make a photo in sepia, improve contrasts, colors, as well as a system of layers as under Photoshop.
